Chick-Fil-A Joins Spectrum’s Family of Satisfied Clients

Spectrum Building Services welcomes Chick-Fil-A to its family of satisfied clients. After recently helping out one location with a new floor care project, the Regional Vice President was so impressed that he sent out an email to all of the stores in the region suggesting that they do the same. We have been busily accommodating the stores with various services ever since and eating a whole lot of yummy chicken along the way.

IMT Residential Joins Spectrum’s Family of Satisfied Clients

Spectrum Building Services welcomes IMT Residential to its family of satisfied clients. After previously performing property maintenance in-house, IMT Residential began to realize a need for a better-managed, more professional standardized service. Spectrum Building Services answered the call and very quickly put together a standardized program that contained a blueprint for IMT as they continue their robust expansion. IMT Residential has a new home for janitorial services.

Cookie Lee noticed that its cleaning program lacked luster and contacted Spectrum Building Services to spruce the place up. Spetcrum responded with an initial detail clean and ongoing cleaning program and now Cookie Lee is sparkling again.

1. Spectrum is unique because they truly care about the kind of service they provide. Having a manager visit every so often is a very effective way of doing great business. Our area manager (Tom) is most accommodating and a pleasure to speak with. The check-ins help us with improvements and communication with the cleaning people.
